A move-in checklist has to be filled out within 48 hours upon receiving the key(s). (i.e., no matter a move-in takes place or not, once the key(s) is collected from HRS Property, the "move-in" process is deemed in place.
Comment and image are mandatory if you check the item condition as "bad". Image cannot be bigger than 15 Mb.

1. I understand that the move-in checklist has to be sent in to HRS Property Management within 48 hours after the key(s) are collected. Failure to fill out and submit the checklist on time will make this form null and void. I may be held responsible for all the damages no matter whether the damage is pre-existing or not.
2. I understand that this checklist is only for record of pre-delivery damages and deficiencies. If I need a repair of the items, a maintenance request has to be filled out and delivered to HRS Property Management.
3. I understand that I have to be a leaseholder of the reported premise to fill out this pre-delivery checklist. I cannot grant any third party (e.g., subtenant, roommate, guarantor, etc.) to fill out the form on my behalf. The submission of this checklist by an unauthorized representative will be considered a forgery of the document and all involved parties may be liable for the legal consequences.
4. Detailed description and supplementary photos have to be made and attached if I have concerns about the item condition. Failure to hand in the photos may make this form null and void.
5. I may be held accountable for all the damages that are not listed in this form.
6. Failure to provide correct information (e.g., wrong address) may make this form null and void.
